300 Atlantic Avenue was undergoing a ground level renovation when LDGN was asked to
redesign the pedestrian plaza, redevelop the plantings adjacent to the retail space and
provide visual interest to the building corner, seen by many motorists coming off of I-95
into downtown Stamford.
LDGN's addition of bright red spheres and large signage cube, compliments the existing bronze sculpture, brings identity and visual interest to this corner. The revised planting along the retail space fits the new restaurateur's intent to have landscape outside of the street level windows. The plaza space was reorganized to allow free pedestrian flow. The plaza has a variety of spaces and seating, providing the tenants and owner an inviting amenity to the building.
