Stamford Plaza

LDGN's on-going landscape architectural design services for the owner’s of Stamford Plaza, has keep this four building office complex nearly occupied in the highly competitive Stamford office market. The 2.5 acre plaza on the fourth floor roof creates an idyllic, park like setting. LDGN's recent work included the landscape redevelopment at the Building Three street entrance, new landscape for the grand stairs and fountain outside the cafeteria and renovations on the plaza and revitalization of the streetscape plantings along North State Street and Tresser Boulevard. In addition, LDGN continues to develop design studies for various other improvements around the site.
